This calculator helps your audience discover exactly how many calories they need each day and how to split those calories between protein, carbs, and fats. It's personalized to their body metrics, activity level, and fitness goal.

Why it works: Everyone wants to know "how much should I eat?" This calculator answers that question with specific, actionable numbers.

The Science Behind It

BMR Formula (Mifflin-St Jeor)

We use the most accurate BMR formula available:

For Men:

BMR = (10 × weight in kg) + (6.25 × height in cm) - (5 × age) + 5

For Women:

BMR = (10 × weight in kg) + (6.25 × height in cm) - (5 × age) - 161

TDEE Calculation

BMR × Activity Multiplier = TDEE

Tips for Success

1. Position as the Starting Point

Macro targets are just the beginning. Use this to lead into your meal planning services, nutrition coaching, or programs.

2. Send Results via Email

Set up an automatic email with the {{Results}} placeholder. Your leads get their complete macro breakdown delivered to their inbox.

3. Connect to Your Services

Someone selecting "Fat Loss" is a different lead than someone selecting "Muscle Gain." Tailor your follow-up accordingly.

4. Use the Activity Level Data

A "Sedentary" lead might be a great fit for a beginner fitness program. An "Extra Active" lead might need sports nutrition coaching.
